Great pitstop

It was comfortable. Beds were good, lovely shower head, will not work for elderly people as the shower is in the bathtub. We enjoyed the 10 hole putt putt, we didn't use the pool due to chilly weather but it didn't look too clean anyway. They have volleyball and tennis as well. It was clean. Room facing the pool, lovely view. Value for money.

Damp smell in the cupboards, we had to keep it open to avoid the smell getting onto our clothing. The room smell itself was fine, infact it had a pleasant smell as we entered. I would stay again.

Very Good

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The bathroom was a little outdated, but we could overlook that. We were really happy to have a fridge in the room. Staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating to our early mornings and the breakfast was nice. We had a great room with access to the pool for the kids. It's a great hotel for families with children, it suited the purpose of our stay.

our overall stay was great, I will definitely book again when i am in Oudtshoorn

my overall stay was good, thank you

a side table next to the bed would be great to put your phone on when charging as the closest plug to the bed was far away we did struggle with the tv channels as the dstv did not work properly a suggestion that I can make is more secure parking, as we had a vehicle with expensive equipment that had to be parked out in the open, even though there was a night security guard, it was still a concern to us. the lift to the third floor was terrifying as it feels like it will drop when it stops.

Good, satisfactory.

The 2 double beds were nice, excess to the pool through sliding door. Lots of storage. Cleaning staff were friendly.

Reception staff weren't as friendly. We got there, they were asking each other infront if us if the person before us is out, they weren't sure but they were willing to let us go into the room. Bedding of the one bed was not on yet, we waited for them to make up the beds and the sheet did not fit the one bed. Coffees and sugars, we asked them to fill it when we got there, we also had to ask for towels. They don't clean the rooms the next day if you sleeping over for more than one night.

Not worth the rate.

Comfy beds. Friendly staff.

The rooms stinks. Smokers. Although it is non smoking rooms. Had to ask 3 times over 6 hours for towels and toilet paper.

Lovely room with a view of the pool. Front desk sorted us out a taxi to the cango caves.

Some sort of building or room renovation going on next door, slightly inconvenient.

Das Zimmer war eigentlich sehr schön. Gross genug mit zwei breiten Einzelbetten. Eine Schiebetür führte direkt auf einen Weg am Swimmingpool. Das war aber leider auch Teil des Problems

Das Hotel wurde für eine Hochzeit, ein Fest zum einem 70. Jubiläum und für ein Sportfest genutzt. Es war 2 Tage lang vom frühen Nachmittag bis in die Nacht nicht an Ruhe zu denken. Extrem laute stampfende Musik, Geschrei und Gegröhle direkt neben unseren Betten. NIE MEHR WIEDER

They responded very quickly when you asked for assistance or when there is a problem

There were some rooms without a bin and although there were 4 guests in a room there was only 2 cups and 2 glasses. You have to ask.
